Ingredients-
2 frozen bananas
4 dates pitted
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Steps in Preparation-
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for 60-120 seconds until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
Taste the smoothie, add more milk if it is too thick, or add more sweetener if it’s not sweet enough for you. Pour into a cup or mason jar. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
